All articles that have been exhibited three years or more will not be judged.
Entries close at 6 p.m., Saturday, July 21, 2018.
Floral Hall will be open from 8 a.m.- 6 p.m. Saturday, July 21, 2018 and 8 a.m.- 2 p.m.Sunday, July 22, 2018 to accept exhibits.
Entries must be in place by 2 p.m., Sunday, July 22, 2018
Judging will be Sunday, July 22, 2018
Entries can be removed after 12:00 p.m., July 27, 2018
Items must be homemade not purchased
Only one entry permitted in one premium number
No one article can be entered for more than one premium
Anybody picking items for another exhibitor must have a signed statement.

There will be NO OUT OF STATE entries accepted in the following classes: J, L, M, O, & P

Important announcement - entry fees
Entry fees will no longer be deducted from the premium check, due to a change in state regulations. On Friday, July 27, 2018 when premium checks are available, the exhibitor will be required to pay entry fees for exhibits entered. Entry fees are collected for winners only. Exhibitor will not receive the premium check until , the entry fees are collected. No checks will be mailed till entry fees are collected. If exhibitor wants to have premium checks mailed, must pay entry fees before leaving fair.

AMATEUR PHOTOGRAPHY This exhibition is open to all living amateur photographers, and all entries must be original work, taken by person who enters.
Each print or group of prints is to be marked as to which class it is to be entered.

  1. Prints must be mounted on poster paper, or similar material, with name or information of subject printed or plainly written, below print. (May include time, place or reason for taking print.) No Frames Accepted, must be ready to hang with wire.
  2. Exhibitor's name must be written on BACK of print, mat or poster.
  3. All entries must be made on regular Fair forms, before 6 p.m. Saturday, July 18, 2015.
  4. Entries must be in place by 2 p.m., Sunday, July 23, 2017 and may not be removed before Friday July 28, 2017 at 12 p.m. of that same week.
  5. Judged on cleanness of subject and detail of composition.
